Synopsis
The imperial capital of the moon, Kagome-no-miyako, thrives under the rule of Ginko Fujiya Takenouchi, the moon’s emperor. However, when Fujiya succumbs to illness, the balance of power begins to shift. The Umenouchi family, seeking to reclaim the throne, and the Tenkyu Party, instigating terror in the capital, seize the opportunity to act.
Amid this turmoil, Fujiya's daughter, the spirited and rebellious princess Takenouchi Kaguya, begins to realize the weight of her responsibilities. Determined to step into her role as a princess, she decides to attend her coming-of-age ceremony. But when a terrorist attack disrupts the event, Kaguya is forced to flee to Earth, embarking on a journey to safeguard the throne and her family’s legacy.
